Welcome into waves of joy, love and unity in a musical journey of exquisite world music, heart-opening chants and kirtan that will leave you humming songs from places near and far.

About the Artists

Gina Salā:
Gina Salā has been collecting songs and chants from around the world since her early childhood ashram years and has deepened in her practice and teachings over decades. Her performance credits include Cirque du Soleil, the United Nations, international festivals and more, and her repertoire spans over 20 languages. She has lead retreats, workshops and classes in the power of sound and voice for 25 years internationally. Anil Prasad:
Anil Prasad is a well-known, masterful tabla player who is able to traverse and blend styles from classical Indian music to kirtan and western grooves with ease and humor. Born to renowned singer and sitar player, Prabha Devi Prasad, Anil began playing dholak at age 4. He excelled in drumline in childhood and has studied with the late renowned tabla master Zakir Hussein in his master classes. Anil is a highly sought after tabla player due to his mastery of eastern and western rhythms and improvisational skills! He resides in Seattle and plays regularly with Gina Salā as well as others in styles including Indian, gospel, flamenco and more in the US and beyond.
Ricardo Russell:
Richard “Ricardo” Russell is a musician’s musician, a talented songwriter and artist (visual and music) residing on Hawaii Island. He has released 10 full length recordings of original music that feature his relaxing slack key and other guitar styles, piano and vocals along with his refreshing and insightful songwriting. He also produces and features other artists, including Hawaiian artists playing their original music. Several of his projects have been nominated for the Hoku award (the “Hawaiian Grammy Award”) in various categories. He also is involved in supporting and creating sustainable food on Hawaii Island.
