Join us for a special encore screening of Hui Mo‘olelo: Lāhainā — a beloved collection of animated short films that honor Lāhainā’s history\, culture\, and enduring sense of place.\nPremiered in February 2025\, these films emerged from the Hui Mo‘olelo: Lāhainā storytelling program — a partnership among the County of Maui\, Hale Hōʻikeʻike at the Bailey House / Maui Historical Society\, Maui Public Art Corps\, and the Lahaina Restoration Foundation. Led by Kalapana Kollars and Anuhea Yagi\, the program paired intergenerational storytellers to record personal memories rooted in Lāhainā.
